GREEN SEAWEED SALT is a finely ground light green salt with a mild taste of sea and forest. It fits almost everything: meat, fish, egg dishes, vegetables, butter, sauce and stews.

NORDISK UMAMI #1 (Nordic umami)
A perfect blend of spices for pork, fish, poultry or seafood. It has a full taste of seaweed and mushrooms in a delicious combination of spruce shoots and parsley. Recommended in hot food such as sauce, stews or breading.
Contents of origin: Icelandic sugar kelp (saccharina latissima) 30% - contains iodine.

NORDISK UMAMI #2 (Nordic umami)
Spice mix that is good in hot and cold sauces, soups and stews of fish, poultry, pork, egg dishes, vegetables, herb butter and seafood. It has a fresh and rich mellow flavor of seaweed and wild garlic in combination with parsley and garlic.
Contents of origin: Icelandic Atlantic wakame (Alaria esculenta) 30% - contains iodine. Swedish wild garlic, parsley root, parsley German, Finnish shallots, garlic. May contain traces of shellfish. BOHUS FURIKAKE
Japanese spice mixture in Swedish. Content: Swedish wild sugar kelp (Saccharina latissima), Swedish wild sea grass (Ulva intestinalis), organic black and white sesame seeds, organic soy sauce. OARWEED / KELP
Whole chunks of wild sundried kelp (Laminaria digitata). Good to stir-fry, fry, deep-fry. Let boil in a vegetable soup and mix. Soak quickly and fry the chips in oil. Boil a broth. Buy it in our web shop.

BLACK SEAWEED SALT
A roasted/burnt seaweed salt (ash) from Iceland. Sugar kelp (saccharina latissima) and sea salt from Iceland. Use as table salt and cooking. Great with avocado, egg, tomato, fish and more. Buy it in our web shop.

SUGAR KELP
Whole chunks of wild sundried sugar kelp (saccharina latissima). Soak for about 10 minutes or until soft. Good to stir-fry, fry, deep-fry. Trim strips in a moules marinieres. Using ground into bread dough. Wrap around fish and barbecue. Buy it in our web shop.

DULSE
A very good and useful wild algae from Iceland. (Palmaria palmata). Use in desserts, topping, fried, raw, marinated. As dried, it has a flavor of licorice, currants and spinach. Very good with chocolate. Can be used in ice cream and desserts. Roast for about 20 minutes in butter over low heat and it will taste the bacon. Good pizza with feta. Buy it in our web shop.

BLADDERWRACK
The outermost ends of wild wrack (Fucus vesiculosus), dried in the sun. Soak for 5-10 minutes, until the pliers become soft. Cook 3-10 minutes, rinse in cold water to preserve the green colour. Good in salads, fish soup, as an accompaniment to fish as decoration, fry chips. Gives a taste of the sea. Buy it in our web shop.

A very good and useful wild algae (Palmaria palmata) from Iceland. Flakes. Can be used in and on desserts, such as panning, in cold paste, on pancakes, raw food balls, mayonnaise, on oysters and many more. As dried, it has a taste of licorice, currants and spinach.
